Basketball VSU vs Fayettevile

Today the Virginia State University Mighty Trojans take on Fayettevile University in the first home game of the season. Game time starts at 5pm in Daniel Gymnasium. Come Support your might Trojans and get there early.

Ms Black & Gold Pageant: A Night in Chicago

The Miss Black & Gold Pageant for the Beta Gamma Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc was held Nov 22 in the Anderson-Turner Auditorium at Virginia State University. Seven lovely contestants competed for the crown and were judged on Introductions, Career, Talent, Swimsuit, Evening Wear and Question & Answer. It was a long and stiff competition but at the end of the night Ms. Mariama Sesay-Bah was crown as the 2009-2010 Ms. Black & Gold (that's me !!!!)

The Big Apple Classic: VSU vs VUU

The 4th Annual Big Apple Classic Basketball Tournament, Virginia State University vs. Virginia Union University will be held at Madison Square Gardens in New York City on December 5th. The VSU 411

Hello everyone, the Virginia State University Student Government Association is continuing are efforts to help inform you, the public, about what's going on with SGA and Virginia State University as a whole. To keep you with technological advances of the university, the SGA has developed a mass texting group through broadtexter.com called " The VSU 411." Members of this group receive blast texts from the website about information involving the university. To join the group all you need is a cell phone number, then you are officially up-to-date on the 411.
